Clare from Peak313 is doing a 5 week challenge! And let me tell you what. I’m very excited about it! I’m hoping it will help to jump start me to get back into my routine of working out, and give a bit of renewing to my spiritual life as well. I think that is one of the reason’s I love Clare so much. Not only is she looking for the best interest in my physical body, but she wants to see us all grow spiritually as well!
The challenge is to work out 4 days a week and memorize the scripture of the week, our “Soul Food.” I have a partner who lives near me and we are joining up and doing this thing together!
